We are goal oriented.  As a member of Epic Fitness you will receive your own Customized Training Plan.  In order to deliver quality results, we utilize the gold standards in screening, training and nutrition.

NASM_certifiedAll of our coaches are highly certified coaches through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine.  We are also certified with Functional Movement Systems and are one of the only facilities in the state that are certified to administer the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).  Below is exactly what you will receive as a new member of our club:

We start by using a standard operating procedure that ensures that you get off on the right foot with your training and your goals.  We also give you one of the most comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle guides to help you along the way.

This all begins by scheduling your first hour with our team for your complimentary Epic Fitness Strategy Session.   During this one-hour session, we will step-by-step identify the best path for you to reach all of your fitness and lifestyle goals.  Below is a detailed description of what is included in your Strategy Session:

Functional Movement Screen

You will be taken through the same standardized movement screen that the professionals go through, from NFL, NBA and MLB players.  We believe in delivering results, and the only way to do that is to find a baseline – a starting point to drive you down the right road towards success.

Our program design team

Once we know where to start, only then can our Program Design Team develop you the most comprehensive plan best fitted to your movement quality and your own goals.  We provide an annual plan because we know you are ready to change your life, and we are ready to help.  This program is customized to your own needs, and changes based on how you progress every 4-6 weeks, so you are never left doing the same thing over and over again.  No cookie cutter “one size fits all” programs here.
