What’s up, everyone.  Coach Madison here with more details of what to expect during the upcoming “Find Your Flow” yoga workshop. 

2020 has thrown many challenges at all of us and, at times, I’m sure we all felt a little lost on how to process everything we’ve been feeling. This 6 week yoga program is designed to elevate your mental, emotional and spiritual vibrations to live a more fulfilling life.  You will learn breathing techniques alongside movement to further the understanding of the mind-body connection and its role in your overall health and well-being.  

We have designed this program to introduce the movement of yoga, explore different breathing techniques and to offer new perspectives on how to elevate your mental, emotional and spiritual health through meditation and mindfulness. This program is about YOU – your inner strength and empowerment, and the endless potential inside of you. When you elevate your vibrations to a higher frequency it is much easier to release unwanted negativity in your life.

Now, let’s get into the details!

This program is fully remote so that you can practice from the comfort of your own home.  

Classes will be held on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 6 PM for one hour on Zoom. It will start on Wednesday, September 9thand run through Wednesday, October 21st.

Our main focus will be the yoga practice and the breath, connecting the two together for a more effective practice. We will spend 10-15 minutes in a light discussion after flowing. Each week will introduce a new theme that will be intertwined into the practice itself. There will be a journaling assignment each week to help bring these themes into your daily life.

These 6 weeks will be challenging mentally and physically as well as restorative and rejuvenating while we focus on mindfulness. Think of it as a balance between softness and strength, and effort and ease. The only thing I ask of you is that you join me with an open mind and a willingness to dive DEEP into yourself, your purpose and your inner power.

The world is heavy at times and you don’t have to carry that heaviness! I truly believe that we lift others up by lifting up ourselves (and the world could use uplifting energy right now).  This program is designed to empower you by finding more purpose in each day!
