 Ben Fogel, Owner

For nearly a decade Ben has been coaching people of all types and backgrounds. As a former World Cup and World Championship athlete himself, he’s learned from some of the best in the world how to be a great coach and mentor.

Ben graduated with honors in Exercise Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He holds both NASM and CHEK certifications, among many others. Ben spends a great deal of his time learning, growing, and increasing his knowledge in order to benefit his clients.  He loves seeing all of his members achieve their goals!

As important as anything, he lives by the concept of getting 1% better everyday.  It is his goal for you to get 1% better each time you step into Epic Fitness, and that is when magical things will happen!

Elena Rocco, Assistant Manager

EpicFitness_May2016-9265Elena’s passion for exercise and nutrition flourished while she attended college at Colorado State University.  She studied Psychology and Nutritional science and it was here that she became a certified personal trainer.   For the past 13 years as Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Elena has worked with a variety of populations ranging from clients with spinal cord injuries to clients who have extreme weight to lose.  She loves the challenge of exercise and it’s potential to change and upgrade lives!

As a mountain girl from Montana, Elena is inspired by her surroundings and loves all things outdoors –  rock climbing, skiing, getting dirty in her garden and camping with her husband and two little girls.

Kambie Bagley,  Coach


Kambie recently graduated from Eagle Gate College with honors and is certified through the NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).  As an avid athlete herself, she loves to help others achieve their goals and feel better about themselves.

She has been involved in many sports including Basketball, Volleyball, Track and Field, and Rodeo.  She loves the outdoors and staying active is priority #1 for her.

Kourtney Cannell,  Coach


Kourtney recently graduated from Brigham Young University with honors and with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness.  She is a certified HKC instructor and is working towards her NASM certification.

Since high school she has had a passion for learning about the human body and how to improve it through exercise.  She enjoys swimming, hiking, camping, and any kind of water sport. Staying active and healthy is a high priority for her.


Madison Snarr, Coach

Madison attended Salt Lake Community College where she graduated with honors in the Fitness Technician program.  She completed an internship training Salt Lake Community College students on campus working directly with their “Exercise Is Medicine” program.  She also had the opportunity to work in a Special Populations internship training one of Salt Lake Community Colleges nutrition professors.  She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Personal Trainer, and also completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and is certified in TRX.

Madison is very passionate about exercise and nutrition as well as being active in the outdoors. When she isn’t training in the gym she loves to be outside as much as possible hiking, camping, canyoneering or snowboarding.

 Leanna West, Coach

Leanna holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Indiana Wesleyan University.  She is a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  She has been in the health and wellness industry for almost a decade, working with a wide variety of populations, and truly loves that everyday she gets to work with people looking to change their lives towards health!

Leanna desires to see each individual find a lifestyle of health that is specific to them.  She knows healthy and lasting lifestyle changes are possible when you put in the physical, mental and emotional work.  Her lifestyle reflects her love of health and fitness and in her free time she enjoys running, rock climbing, eating good food and just spending as much time outdoors as possible.
